Izzy first joined the team at Proud in 2021 as Campsite Manager at The Cambridge Club Festival and Strawberries & Creem before quickly moving into the Site and Production team as Site Office Manager then Site Coordinator. Izzy has worked with Proud on events all over the Globe including Afro Nation in Portugal, Puerto Rico and Ghana, The Cambridge Club, Strawberries & Creem and most recently Wychwood Festival at Cheltenham Racecourse. Izzy’s enthusiasm to learn, love of all things site and excellent people skills make her the perfect addition to any site and production team.
